Home Library Service

Our Suffolk At Home Library Service (AHLS) takes books and tapes to over 1300 people in sheltered accommodation and residential nursing homes. Local volunteers work with the support of library staff.

The service also runs monthly reading groups aimed at older people in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Lowestoft libraries.

AHLS published Full of Life with Suffolk Artlink, which is available in libraries across the county.

We also run Top Time weekly meetings for older people and family carers in libraries.
